• Ohio Home Builders Association
  The Ohio Home Builders Association is a member trade association, representing home builders and their associate vendors in a legislative and regulatory capacity on a statewide basis. The Ohio Home Builders Association serves its membership by promoting proactive involvement on state issues and legislation impacting the residential building industry such as wetlands, affordable housing, workers’ compensation, etc.

• Homearama Touring Edition
  The Homearama Touring Edition is the epitome of living at its finest. This scattered-site home event showcases the latest in building and design trends in many communities throughout the Miami Valley.
  
  The homes, never seen by the public previously, range in price from $129,000 to more than $1,500,000 and show that there is something for every lifestyle. The craftsmanship of the homes is unparalleled and the talent of our local home builders is truly awe-inspiring. The Homearama homes display the best features and amenities available and are a great resource for trends or ideas.
  
  
• Parade of Homes
  The semi-annual Parade of Homes is free to the public and is used by builder members to showcase their inventory of model and spec homes. The Parade of Homes is a way to show the consumers what is available or use a vehicle for sales.

The HBA enjoys bringing its members together and offering opportunities for members to network and grow their businesses.

• General Membership Meeting
  General Membership Meetings are a great opportunity to stay up to date on the Association and what it is doing to help its members. Each General Membership Meeting hosts a guest speaker and provides networking time for attending members.
  
  
• HBA MEETS
  Held every other month, HBA MEETs provide regular networking opportunities for members. This event is complimentary for Home Builders Association of Dayton members and offers a casual, fun environment to connect with builders, associates, and other industry affiliates.
  
  
• Golf Outing
  Each summer, the Home Builders Association of Dayton hosts the Denver Smith Memorial Golf Outing. The often sold-out golf outing is always a success as it features a day of golf, fun, and camaraderie.
  
  
• Table Top Night
  The associate members of the Home Builders Association of Dayton have the opportunity to showcase their business at the Table Top Night expo. The annual themed event is always a fun way to make introductions to the builder members and build relationships.
