Permit Activity

Each month the Home Builders Association of Dayton distributes a report of residential construction permit activity within the Dayton region. The most up-to-date permit information is available to members of the Home Builders Association of Dayton by request or by subscribing to the monthly email from the Association. Please contact Eric Farrell, info@hbadayton.com, to subscribe.

The monthly report is compiled by the NorthPointe Group (NPG DataQuest) from the total number of permits for single family homes, apartments and condos.
