PRODUCTION PROCESS MANAGER

As a Production Process Manager, you will efficiently coordinate and manage the sale-to-close process for each home sold while providing essential administrative support to the divisional team.

These skills will be used to:

  • Ensure that all processes involved in the production and closing of Fischer Homes interface for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the preparation and distribute of the weekly and/or monthly homebuilding reports as assigned.
  • Provide support to the Market President with the day to day operations of the regional office. 
  • Help develop and improve management information systems for various stages of our operation, such as sales, construction and service.
  • Hire, train and retain a team of office support personnel.
  • Provide training on the interface between sales and division administration.
  • Reviews and approves all standard reports.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Analytical financial skills
  • Ability to achieve desired results without specific authority
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Organizational Leadership
