Homearama® Touring Edition

Home has always been where families create memories and traditions. Throughout the last year, we’ve learned that home means so much more and as your local builders we are committed to providing expertise, value, and trust for you, your loved ones, and the community.

The Home Builders Association of Dayton will kick off its 2022 Homearama Touring Edition presented by CenterPoint Energy on Friday, September 9, 2022. A tradition of the Home Builders Association and the Dayton region for more than 40 years, the 2022 Homearama event will showcase ten (10) newly constructed homes located throughout the Miami Valley; seven (7) of which can be seen in-person and all ten (10) can be viewed at the remastered DaytonHomearama.com website powered by altafiber, where each home will have stunning photography, videography, and Matterport 3D tours to see each detail virtually.

The 2022 Homearama Touring Edition presented by CenterPoint Energy builders are: Brandon Homes, Clearcreek Custom Builders, Clemens Companies, Centerstone Homes, Coates Custom Homes, Design Homes, Tim Guilfoyle Custom Homes, and Oberer Homes.

The scattered-site tour will feature homes to suit any budget or lifestyle. The best of urban, suburban, and estate living will be displayed. This combination of pre-sold and model homes provides the Dayton region with the ability to see many different types of homes for a wide-range of buyers and those looking for inspiration, making the 2022 Homearama Touring Edition the best opportunity for the public to view the houses.

In addition to beautiful homes, several Homearama houses will hold tag sales of art, audio visual equipment, and furniture used to stage the homes and offer expertise from local companies and industry professionals. These professionals will give the public an opportunity to ask questions of the experts.
