The Home Builders Association of Dayton is the voice of the residential building industry in our region and one of its most respected membership organizations.
The HBA is comprised of nearly 400 residential building professional firms and friends of the industry, each of which is dedicated to the proposition that home ownership should be within the reach of every American family.
The HBA is a very active organization which promotes and enhances the professionalism of home building and associated businesses in Montgomery, Greene, Preble, Butler, Warren and Darke Counties.
The HBA of Dayton has announced that Eric Farrell has been selected as the new Executive Officer. Jenna Robbins will also be joining the leadership team as the Marketing and Membership Coordinator.
In the home building industry, rather than simply thanking veterans for their service to our country, many builders also are hiring veterans. The industry has long focused on training veterans through the Home Builders Institute, the nonprofit partner of NAHB. The HBI Military and Veterans Program operates on a number of U.S. military bases with training, certification and placement services focused on landing home building jobs for transitioning military members and veterans.
Thank you to all who attended and to our gracious hosts, Appliance Gallery
Last evening, members and friends of the Home Builders Association of Dayton met for the final Mid-Week Meet Up of 2018 at Appliance Gallery of Dayton. More than 70 people were in attendance to enjoy amazing food, more than $1,500 in raffle prizes and a special check presentation to The Victory Project.
On November 13, the Ohio Home Builders Association announced their 2018 Best of Ohio Homes Awards and, once again, some of the Home Builders Association of Dayton's builders were winners. Dan DeVol of Daniel Devol Custom Builder and Jim Zengel of Zengel Group were awarded trophies for their stunning entries. DeVol won Best Custom Home 2,501-3,500 Square Feet and Zengel won Best Bathroom Renovation Over $50,000.
