Field Manager helps manage outside construction vendors in the field and works with other departments so new homes are delivered within the standards for quality, timeliness, and cost.
Field Manager schedules construction vendors and orders building materials.
Field Manager establishes, delivers, and adheres to a high level of standards of customer satisfaction.
Field Manager maintains communities to act as marketing and sales tools.
Field Manager ensures the safety of all construction vendors on the project job site.
Requirements
Strong management and leadership skills, adaptability, and customer service orientation.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience leading construction projects is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional working knowledge of personal computers.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience serving as Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Superintendent is a plus.
Applicable project management or new home residential construction experience desired.
Bachelor's Degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, or Equivalent.
