Greene County Builders & Developers Forum

The next Home Builders Association of Dayton Greene County Builders and Developers Forum is scheduled for Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 11:45am - 1:00pm. The meeting will be held in person at the City Administration Building (107 East Main Street, Xenia, OH) and we will be providing lunch (please register below for an accurate headcount).

Xenia seems to be on the verge of experiencing significant housing growth, particularly since the announcement of the Honda-LG battery plant in Jeffersonville. Plus, Xenia is in the midst of updating its Comprehensive Plan (called "neXtPlan"). There will be a brief highlight on these topics, but all HBA members are welcome to participate in the Comprehensive Plan process - including a series of community meetings and focus groups to be held over the summer.

This meeting is a great opportunity for HBA builders and developers to exchange information with government officials regarding residential development in Greene County.
