The Spring Parade of Homes, sponsored by Cox Media Group, takes place April 1-2 and April 8-9 with show hours of 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

It is a great time to purchase a new home and the Spring Parade of Homes sponsored by Cox Media Group will showcase many of the best new home options for buyers today. The Spring Parade is a great way to get a feel for the types of new homes available in the Dayton region and all of the homes are available for purchase if you find the perfect home. Plus, it is FREE for the public to visit each of the 18 homes.

From Troy to Springboro/Franklin and West Milton to Xenia, plus all points in between, there are many styles of homes to view – a High Performance Net Zero home, condominiums, townhomes, ranch, multi-level and empty nester homes are all available.
