The development partners and general contractors for Brandt Meadows are inviting all local subcontractors to participate in a subcontractor open house to review the construction drawings for the project and to discuss participation opportunities. All subcontractors  are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not required to participate. Participation by Minority, Woman Owned and Low Moderate Income (section 3) subcontractors is encouraged.

The Brandt Meadows project is a cooperative effort between County Corp (an Ohio not-for-profit corporation), Greater Dayton Premier Management and the Oberer Companies. The General Contractor, Greater Dayton Construction Group, Ltd., will be accepting bid offers for all phases of construction. In order to facilitate budgeting, scheduling and contracting, subcontractors seeking to participate in the project are being requested to submit proposals via email to jwoodruff@GDCG.com or fax to 937.427.6285 on or before April 11, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
