How to Survive an ICE Inspection

When ICE Comes Calling: U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement on the Jobsite

The National Association of Home Builders has teamed up with a team of immigration law experts to provide members with information on what to expect – and what to do – when a jobsite gets a visit from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

“Federal government inspection can be intimidating, and ICE visits are no exception. However, planning ahead will facilitate compliance and place you and your company in a far more confident position,” the report says. Read it here.
